The properties at 500 Merrimon Ave. have sat empty for years slowly deteriorating. The Woolsey Development Improvement Project is working to bring together neighbors, designers, thinkers, architects, builders, businesses, and all Ashevillians with pride their city and their community to help return these historic buildings back to productive use. If you have the heart, skills or resources to to help we welcome you to join. Let’s work together. All together now!
❋ Community LedOur goal is to give back to the community while saving historic structures. Through engaging with the community broadly, a plan will emerge through a process that is both focused and fluid.
