The City of Asheville has announced that it is hiring a consultant to help update the Comprehensive Plan, revise its design standards and rewrite its Unified Development Ordinance. We've received a modest grant to host an event which will engage the design profession and the general public to help clarify community and professional goals for that rewrite.

This is your chance to get ahead of the City and voice your desires for the future development of Asheville.
